Call us now on 1850 247 999 to find out how a Lifeline Vi+ can afford you, or your loved one, freedom to live life to the full.
The Lifeline Vi+ connects to the My Amie Pendant and allows you or your loved one to make quick and easy contact with Emergency Response’s 24 hour monitoring centre. In an emergency the medical alarm dials directly to the monitoring centre. Using the powerful internal speaker and microphone, the client can speak hands free with one of our friendly and compassionate trained team who will organise the appropriate assistance.
At Tunstall Emergency Response, our reason for being is to ensure that you and your loved ones are safe, independent and happy in the knowledge that help is always at hand when living alone or in a vulnerable situation.

Alternatively, an alarm call can be activated by the MyAmie pendant that the client wears around their neck, clipped to their belt or on their wrist. The pendant works up to 50-100* meters from the base alarm, allowing the resident to roam freely around and outside of their home.
The Lifeline Vi+ is our newest home unit, and is the most technically advanced, flexible and simple to use telecare platform. This unit is designed as a hub for telecare in the home, with integrated sensors which monitor the environment 24 hours a day. A range of sensors are available which can be chosen according to your needs. Placed discreetly around the home, the wireless sensors detect problems such as fire, flood or gas leaks.
The Flood Detector is a neat unobtrusive wireless sensor that can provide an early warning of potential flood situations. The sensor is placed under the sink or in the bathroom next to the toilet or under the bath
Did you know that most of our customers are recommended to us by Occupational Therapists and Public Health Nurses?
Here is what our Occupational Therapist says about Emergency Response’s Care Clip:
“We use Emergency Response’s Care Clip ourselves and we recommend them to our clients. I like to use them myself as they are handy to wear on your tunic and pretty light weight, so if you are on your feet most of the day, which most of us are, they don’t cause wear and tear on you or your clothing.
When the family or loved ones of a client request a recommendation I take it serious as you are in a position of trust and you don’t want to let them down. My colleagues and I recommend a Care Clip to families of those who might require them as we trust the product to 100% do what they will need it to do. Given the convenience and ease of use of the Care Clip I can’t recall ever having to replace them.”
We provide a free consultative call service to Occupational Therapists, Public Health Nurses and those who feel a family member may require a Care Clip. To register for a call with one of our Care Consultants please click here.
When our loved ones become vulnerable, frail, older or a little bit impaired, their safety is first priority. The Property Exit Sensor provides real time alerts when a client or loved one has walked out of their door and not returned so that carers can ensure their safety.
